After the application has been completed and references have been checked, we will call you in for an interview. At the time of orientation (which is after the interviewing process) you need to bring with you:
- Valid Driver's License or ID card
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Current car insurance
- CPR and First Aide certification (we offer classes once a month for $45.00, payable at time of class)
- Licensure (if applicable)
- Current TB vaccination within 1 year (this will be given at orientation)
- Fingerprints (DHW fingerprint and clearance required for all prospective employees before employment)
